FREE FOR FAMILY CARERS in Essex, UK
A relaxing and helpful insight to Carer Stress. Those who've experienced previous sessions say:

Specifically designed for Carers, our Trainer, Anna, will guide you through some techniques that will help on a day-to-day, real life basis.
There are 4 different sessions (schedule below), you're welcome to select all of them and join other Carers online.
This one hour session will be streamed using 'Zoom' - we'll send you a link to use on the day as well as full instructions of how to access this online, it's just a couple of clicks.
21st April - PURE RELAXATION
Gain an hour's reprieve from the stresses and strains of daily life and learn how to use this technique to relax in your own time, perhaps last thing at night or whenever you feel you'd benefit.
28th April - MINDFULNESS
A technique that enables you to move away from past or future worries and thinking. It focuses on the present moment which, in turn, leads to a feeling of calm. There are many straightforward ways to be mindful at home and in the garden. Anna will guide you through.
5th May - HEALTHY MINDSET, HAPPY BODY
Managing stressful or worried thoughts in a way that increases a positive mindset and attitude. We’ll look at how to decompress in challenging times.
12th May - 5 WAYS TO WELLBEING
We’ll explore ways to increase your sense of wellbeing, to nurture yourself and build resilience, especially in challenging times of being isolated or shielding vulnerable loved ones.
