Join us for our Stress Busting Mini Retreat in Stenton Village Hall.

3 hours of calming workshops to feel relaxed, rejuvinated and recharged.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with Frida Stoop 'In 2015, when extremely stressed, I happened across EFT. I got hooked and became a practitioner in 2016. I love it mostly because it is a self-help tool and works in a short time span'. EFT neutralises the Fight-or-Flight stress response by "tapping" on certain acupressure points.

Yoga and calming breath work with Caroline Foster 'My aim is to encourage as many people as possible to give yoga a try, especially the ones who think yoga is 'not for them'. It is not about being bendy or stretchy. It is about getting to know yourself better: your body, your mind, your emotions. And once we get to know ourselves a little better, we can start to accept ourselves (and others) for who we really are. It is really about happiness!!'

Gong Bath by Chanan Tej Kaur, Buddhist Counsellor, Mindfulness and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. The gong bath is a perfect way to learn about yourself and experience peace and inner stillness. The sound of the gong is often described as ‘the sound of the universe’ and is not like any other instrument. The gong works as an agent of personal transformation and the sound can be deeply relaxing but also very powerful.
