Stress! You know how it feels for you; whether it's that tightness in the chest or throat, that sinking feeling in the stomach, the icy sensation in your solar plexus or a sense of overwhelm and you just can't think straight...
You may not be able to change the external things which stress you out (Workload? Pay? Colleagues?), but what you can do is learn to change how you respond.
In this session you'll find out where stress comes from, how to increase your resilience to it, and most importantly, you'll learn several techniques to calm those feelings right down in an instant.
Suitable for all levels...whether you're a novice to being wound up, or you are a full on stresshead!
