Stress, Hormones & Essential Oils

Something that a lot of us ladies can relate to, that feeling of stressed and hormonal! Did you know If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or finding yourself feeling overwhelmed, you could consider essential oils as an option to help you find some peace and balance.
Come along to our class to find out more about which oils to use and how to use them to help balance those stressy times. We will also be covering essential oils that can help with relieving hormonal symptoms.
There will be a "Make & Take" part to the class for you to make your own rollerball to help calm and balance stress levels and/or hormonal symptoms. You can make a second blend for a charge of £8
We will have some tasty essential oil-flavoured vegan snacks. Kim's homemade guacamole is delicious, you must try it!
