Something that a lot of us ladies can relate to - feeling stressed and horomonal symptoms! If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or are finding yourself feeling overwhelmed, you could consider essential oils as an option to help you find balance. Come along to our class to find out more about which oils and how to use them to help with balancing those stressy times. We will also be covering essential oils that can help with releiving hormonal symptoms.
There will be a "Make & Take" part to the class for you to make your own rollerball to help calm and balance stress levels and/or hormonal symptoms.
We will have some tasty essential oil-flavoured vegan snacks and flavoured with essential oils water.
