Yeotown is excited to launch our new wellbeing & food series in London, Set Yourself Up Sundays!
Our first session takes place Sunday April 29th at Yeotown Kitchen on Chiltern street in conjunction with Stress Awareness Month. Come join us and learn effective yet accessible techniques to minimise stressful thinking patterns, sleep better and find a path towards a clearer, more focused mind and purpose.
Join Yeotown Co-Founder Mercedes Sieff with her first guest of the series, expert Performance Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist Natalie PC. Heralded for her work with Elite Sports Athletes, Celebrities and Corporate Companies, Natalie will talk about the mind and stress and how we can work towards creating a shift from surviving to thriving.
The talk and Q & A with Natalie will be followed by a nutritious 3 course brunch and a selection of adaptogenic tonics.
