We all experience stress and worry but sometimes it can feel too overwhelming to cope with. This workshop aims to help you understand more about stress and worry and help you learn techniques to help us manage.
The talk is for anyone aged 18+ that is interested in learning more about wellbeing and will be facilitated by Take Time To Talk, a free and confidential NHS service in Kensington and Chelsea.

Our libraries include a regular programme of events which include Career Advice, Health, IT Help, Reading Group and Chatterbooks sessions.
Recent successful events of note include Alice in Wonderland (150th year anniversary) event, World Book Night and Cityread London which were held at the Central library’s proscenium lecture theatre.
There is also a biography collection as well as Reference and Information and Local Studies and Archives libraries. All libraries have study spaces and People’s Network computers, free Wi-Fi and a collection of newspapers and magazines. The reference library holds a special collection of books on folklore and customs and has a Business Information Point with practical advice on setting up a business, how to seek new contacts to help develop your company, how to create a mailing list or swotting up on the latest information for your next job interview.
Local Studies is home to the famous blog ‘The Library Time Machine’ which has an unparalleled collection of pictures, photographs, books and ephemera illustrating the history of the Royal Borough.
You may sometimes need information and help out of hours, or wish to find information at a time more convenient to you. We have put together a list of 24 hour services and websites you can access from home or within the libraries. In addition to this, e-journals, e-books and audio books are available for use on your computer or compatible portable device.
