Aim: To explore the causes of negative stress, the triggers we all have that affect us negatively and tips and tools to alter our stress levels and emotional state.
Objective: That attendees feel ready to embed some of the tips and tools discussed into their daily lives which reduce their stress levels and improve control of their emotional well-being.
