Join us in this interactive session where you can explore your stress behaviours, identify stress triggers and work towards a personalised stress management action plan.

Who is this session for?

UK-based money guidance practitioners in the third, community, and public benefit sectors—if you’re a volunteer or member of staff and talk to people about money in your role, this session is for people like you!

What to expect

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Discuss workplace wellbeing issues such as feelings of stress and overwhelm.
  • Examine factors contributing to workplace stress.
  • Explore different models of wellbeing and stress management.
  • Consider stress management strategies to apply to working life.

This session is part of a diet of workshops aimed at supporting practitioner wellbeing, led by the Workforce Wellbeing Officer at Money Advice Scotland and facilitated by the Money Guiders Scotland Network.
