How good would it be if life was a doddle and you could dodge office or family politics like a serene ninja?
Here's the breakdown...
Your very first session starts with learning meditation basics and relaxation exercises. I'll show you how to take that proverbial chill pill, get it down your throat and see it working. Switching off is the thing most people find hard, so for this first session we're going to help you do just that.
Your second session, we're going to get your mind and your body in the same place instead of you being on autopilot. We'll learn that thing called Mindfulness, and I'll teach you how to practice it. You kind of need to get used to hanging out in your own body, instead of hanging out with the constant chatter in your head. It helps bring you back down to earth!
So by week 3, we'll have some peace and quiet in your mind, but let's face it, the bigger challenge is getting your head round telling people what you need without feeling selfish or guilty. This is why your third session will teach you all about assertiveness, setting boundaries and managing difficult people and situations. We'll teach you that all powerful magic word...NO...and give you the confidence to use it.
The final session is your one to one intensive healing session which is included in the price so that your specific issues can be addressed. We get to work on clearing fear and setting in some positive energy ready for you to stand your ground.
