Stress Reduction Workshop - Parents of Children with Disability

A dedicated workshop for parents or carers with children with disabilities or special needs to learn techniques to help manage and alleviate stress within the mind and body.
You will learn:
Breathing techniques - To relax the body and help regain control when experiencing strong emotions
Yoga positions - To release any stored emotional energy and relieve back, leg and thigh pain
Meditation - To calm our inner self and learn to develop inner peace and wellbeing
The workshop is at the Forest Row Centre in Collier Row and will be on the 21st March at 12:00 - 13:30.
