A day of nurturing and pampering your brain and your body by learning how to let go of stress and move into success by boosting your self belief, happiness and resilience hormones.

The Day will include a variety or exercise and activities from NLP, CBT, Hypnosis, positive psychology and more.

The venue is the beautiful open learning hall of The Priests House Museum and Garden in Wimborne, we have exclusive use of the venue and garden so I am hoping the weather will be glorious and we can do some meditation, relaxation and even some laughter yoga outside!

Whether you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed or you just want to learn new ways to ensure you live your life in a balanced and nurturing way, this workshop is for you.

Refreshments and snacks will be provided throughout the day but if you wish to bring your own this is fine too.
