Drawing on the principles of Pilates and Yoga to stretch your muscles, find your centre to achieve perfect balance and tone your whole body, you will leave feeling calm yet strong.
All you need for this class is yourself and a (large) towel. If you have a yoga mat, great - bring that too! Gym or comfortable clothes recommended.
