Relax, Energise and Improve Flexibility
This 6-week course is designed to help you gently stretch and relax your body and mind to increase your overall flexibility, joint mobility, and balance. Regardless of what stage of your life you in and the challenges that you may be facing, Yin Yoga Flow Courses/Classes offer you a peaceful sanctuary to maintain a healthy & flexible body and to induce calmness of mind and relaxation.
What will we focus on?
During the course, we will focus on postures that improve general flexibility, overall physical tone and joint mobility, as well as pranayama breathing as a way to help you open up the lings for fuller breathing. We will also cover various Yoga Flow movements, poses and sequences that will help you to release tension, improve circulation, enhance de-toxification, improve sleep and promote overall physical and emotional well-being.
Who is it suitable for?
The course is designed to easy you gently into yoga postures and is suitable for complete beginners as well as more seasoned yoga students who wish to get back to yoga practice. As a general guide the classes are suitable for all levels, because the main focus is on the mindful & gentle stretches combined with breath awareness. Come and join us to experience for yourself a gentle and calming practice of Yin Yoga Flow.

Each Course has a unique focus and the yoga sequencies. In the course of 6 weeks there is a gradual progression and opening of the body, breath & mind to yoga postures and breathing practices aligned with a specific theme.

Each time you join the Yoga class and practise with awareness you may notice a wealth of benefits for your body and mind. 6-Week Courses Dates
Courses run in 6-week blocks throughout the year. You can join at any time. You can sign up for a 6-week course or attend classes on a Pay as You Go basis.
