Beginning our morning with a good stretch and some energising breathwork, we'll then settle down into a guided tutorial of using water-colour and craft materials, to create simple but effective Christmas card designs, for you to take home.

Move your body, settle your thoughts and enjoy getting creative. A fun, mini-morning retreat where you'll have the chance to meet other people or share the experience with a friend or loved one, in the lead up to a busy time of year.
