as winter begins to soften and springtime slowly stirs, this 1.5hr workshop invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your intentions for 2026
designed for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your yoga journey, class will start with a few minutes of gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and settle into the present moment
you'll then be gently guided through a slow, creative sequence of postures lovingly designed to improve posture, mobility and flexibility
class will close with a blissful savasana and guided meditation surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and therapeutic scents
after practice, I'll guide you through a 30 minute journalling session, to reflect on what seeds you want to plant and nourish as we move into spring, so you can grow and bloom into your best self in time for summer
