Is there public transport or parking?

Yes! Pocket Cafe is a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Central train station. The closest car park is Q-Park in Liverpool One. There are other car parks located in the city centre that are within a 10 minute walk to the cafe.

Is there anywhere to store my bags?

Yes! Bag drop is available at Pocket Cafe.

What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket gets you a spot on our 5k run as well as a pastry, juice, goody bag and optional drink from Pocket Cafe afterwards. Optional drink from Pocket Cafe includes: Matcha Latte, Iced Latte, Americano, Flat White.

I don’t usually run, am I still able to attend?

Yes! Our run is for everyone whether you are a newbie or regular!

How fast will the run be?

We are aiming for the run to be completed at a 6:00-7:00 min/km pace, but don’t worry you can complete it at your own pace too! There will be check points throughout the run, nobody will be left behind!

I have an injury can I still attend?

We do not advise that anyone with an injury attend the run club. If you do have an injury on the day you will not be permitted to participate in the run.
