This training is aimed at;
Social care staff working in the community setting or Nursing Homes. Staff who are new to stroke or working with stroke clients. Staff who are keen to improve their knowledge and awareness of stroke and/or have limited access to other stroke specific training.
The Stroke Awareness Training is ran by the NHS and will take place in Longstone Resource Centre in Edinbrugh. The training will cover the following;
