If back pain is the background noise you have learned to ignore, only until it stops you in your tracks, this special Pilates masterclass is for you.

Strong and supple back is a targeted movement experience designed to unwind stiffness, release tension and restore mobility, all while building the deep, functional strength your spine needs to thrive under pressure.

You will:

Activate your postural muscles to counteract hours of sitting and stress holding

Unlock your thoracic spine and hips for greater movement freedom in your daily life

Develop true core stability to support your lower back long-term

Breathe fully and release chronic holding patterns through mindful movement

By the end of this highly informative session, you will feel taller, lighter and more confident in your body, empowered with practical tools to cultivate a back that can hold everything you carry (work, family, ambitions) with strength and grace.

About

Vanessa Michielon is a Yoga and Dance Lecturer, Movement specialist, and founder of the Transformative Movement Method, empowering people of all walks of life to embrace Yoga, Pilates and Dance in order to improve physical health and achieve a balanced state of mind.

She has been teaching for over 13 years, including some of London top clubs and studios, and renowned Festivals, such as Balance, Livewell and Om Yoga Show.

Some of her qualifications include Advanced Yoga Psychology, Yoga Therapy for Anxiety, Yin Yoga, L3 Pilates, and a Master in Dance Performance, and her work has been featured in Marie Claire, Women’s Fitness, Stylist.

Vanessa believes that embodied movement can radically transform our life and wishes to help others find joy and purpose in their practice.
