Strong & Flexible – A Journey into Mobility, Fascia & Freedom of Movement
Strong & Flexible was born out of my passion for sharing the wisdom of fascia integration and mobility with the world. My mission is to help you avoid the struggles I once faced and to support you in building a strong, sustainable foundation for your flexibility journey.
As a dancer, I once lived inside a paradox: I loved movement, yet my body felt painfully stiff. Two years into my training, I began to question why flexibility was so elusive. It wasn’t until a lecture at The Place London (LCDS) introduced me to the role of fascia that everything shifted. Later, during the stillness of the pandemic, I immersed myself in this field, exploring fascia, mobility, and the healing potential they hold for those of us struggling with rigidity or injury of some sort.
What I discovered was transformative. By working with my body instead of against it, I unlocked freedom in my movements, gained trust in my strength, and embraced the joy of moving with grace. Strong & Flexible grew out of that transformation and now, I share it with you.
This program isn’t simply about exercises; it’s about reconnecting with yourself through mindful movement, breath, and community.
To deepen the experience, I also integrate the gentle essence of aromatherapy. Essential oils will accompany our sessions, creating a sensory atmosphere that enhances relaxation, awakens presence, and supports your body as it opens to new possibilities. Just as fascia connects every part of us, aromatherapy reminds us to move not only with the body, but also with heart and spirit.

✨ How It WorksThis is a live online program hosted on Zoom. You’ll receive a single link granting access to all 8 weeks of sessions, along with all essential details before we begin.
Schedule:

We will begin each live at 20:00 UK time.
We meet for the lives as follow: 16th of October (Thursday) for the open ceremony. Then after that every Tuesday for 6week. Closing ceremony will happen on the 1st of December. All 8 weeks will start at the same time 20:00 UK Time.
Not at all. This program is designed for all levels. From complete beginners to movers with years of experience. Every exercise can be adapted to your unique body.
A yoga mat is essential. Blocks, straps, or a cushion can be helpful but are not mandatory. Most importantly, bring curiosity and a willingness to explore your body.
Essential oils will be introduced as part of our journey to enhance presence, relaxation, and focus. They support the nervous system, deepen breathwork, and enrich the sensory experience of mobility. (Don’t worry if you don’t have oils at home, you’ll still fully benefit from the practice.)
Life happens! All sessions will be recorded and made available exclusively to participants. You can catch up at your own pace if you miss a live class.
Strong & Flexible is rooted in fascia integration, breathwork, and mindful mobility. It’s not just about “stretching more” it’s about moving with freedom, reconnecting with your body, and feeling supported by both science and soul.
Everyone’s body is different, but you’ll notice more ease, awareness, and mobility by the end of the program. The real gift is gaining tools you can continue to use long after the course finishes.

Yes! You’ll be invited into a private WhatsApp group where we share wins, challenges, and encouragement. This is a supportive space where no one walks the journey alone.
You’ll need a device with Zoom (computer, tablet, or phone) and a stable internet connection. The access link will be sent to you before we begin.
You’ll walk away with a stronger foundation in mobility, deeper awareness of your body, and practices you can integrate into daily life. Many participants continue their journey with ongoing sessions or community practices.
