Strong Girls Club 2
Event Information
About this event
Strong Girls Club 2 the second instalment of our popular women's weightlifting series. This is a day of lifting and learning, getting help from an experienced coach on your lifts, your technique, and your training, with a group of other strong girls, at a fantastic facility in central London
Spend 3 hours learning and practising some specific exercises for Snatch and Clean and Jerk, with the right amount of theoretical instruction. You will get to ask questions, get specific coaching on your own lifts from your coaches, in a relaxed and supportive environment.
We will cover some common problems with both lifts, and how to solve those problems using specific drills. You will also get to practise exercises to help with anything that’s holding you back in your lifting, so you’ll have your own exercises to take away and work on after the workshop.
Whether you are already in the sport and you want to improve your training, have ambitions to compete at any level, or even if you’re curious about trying the sport out our coaches are equipped to help you, and this is the day to do it.
We love that there are so many strong girls in our sport, we’re excited about getting everyone together for a day of lifting at our great club, that's Strong Girls Club!
