After much request and so many mamas telling me they want to exercise but can’t without their babies — I see you! 💛

That’s why I’ve created Strong Mama, Happy Baby, a safe and empowering postnatal exercise class designed to:

  • Safely rebuild core and full-body strength
  • Boost your energy, circulation, and confidence
  • Include your baby in the fun, so no need for a babysitter
  • Connect you with other mums in a welcoming, supportive space

This is the very first class — come and be part of it from the beginning. Every move is suitable for postnatal mums and can be adapted to your stage of recovery.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Mat or blanket for you & baby
  • Water bottle
  • Your baby (of course!)

I'll bring the energy, the programme and some bits to keep bubba busy whilst you workout!
