DO YOU FIND IT HARD TO EAT HEALTHILY AS A BUSY MUM? DO YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO CHANGE YOUR BODY SHAPE SAFELY & EFFECTIVELY?

Come and join us in the gorgeous and tranquil Sweaty Betty Wimbledon studio where Georgia Lennard (Nutritional Therapist and Master Rehabilitation Trainer) will give a 20 minute talk on practical and realistic ways to eat healthily as a busy Mum. You will be equipped and empowered with the knowledge on why certain eating styles work while others don't. 

The talk will be followed by a 25 minute exercise class designed specifically for Mums of all abilities. Whether you have recently become a Mum (you must be at least 6-weeks post-partum) or you already have grown up children, this unique class is specially designed to strengthen areas that Mums struggle with i.e. core, pelvic floor, hips/glutes. 

Georgia has over 8 years of experience working with women and Mums and she can easily tailor the class to meet your individual needs. 

PLEASE NOTE: every lady that attends the class will be required to fill out a health questionnaire at least 48 hours prior to the event and email it back to me. The information you provide will help me to tailor the talk and class to meet your needs. This will be emailed to you after you have booked your ticket.

Please wear active wear or a mixture of sports and casual wear a la Sweaty Betty style :)
