Stronger For Longer: Strength Sessions for Women aged 40–55

Feel confident. Feel powerful. Feel like YOU again.

Join us every Saturday morning for a 30-minute strength workout designed specifically for women aged 40–55 going through perimenopause or menopause. Whether you're just starting out or already active, this class is for all fitness levels—and no gym is needed!

Led by our friendly and experienced Park Activators (please note: some sessions may be led by a male instructor), these sessions are all about helping you feel stronger for longer—physically and mentally.

The session focuses on building strong muscles and bones, which is especially important during perimenopause and menopause when bone density naturally begins to decline.

Regular strength training can help:

  • Reduce your risk of osteoporosis
  • Support joint health and mobility
  • Improve balance and coordination
  • Boost energy, mood, and sleep quality
  • Promote healthy ageing and heart health

The sooner you start the better, but it's never too late to start and protect your body for the future.

These exercises will help you to stay Stronger for longer.
