Why should i do the exercises?

  1. Lessen the symptoms of Menopause and Primenopause, like joint pain, low mood and insomnia.
  2. Improve heart health and ageing well.
  3. Build Stonger muscles and bones.
  4. Reduce your risk of Osteoporosis.
  5. Improve your balance to prevent a fall in later life.

The sooner you start the better, but it's never too late to start and protect your body for the future.

These exercises will help you to stay Stronger for longer.

• No gym required. All fitness levels welcome.
