We’re back! Another Workshop + Workout is here — and this month we’re helping you set fitness goals you’ll actually keep in 2026.

Rebuild Health workout & workshop series

Join us at Nuffield Health City Fitness & Wellbeing Gym for an incredible workout and workshop series designed to help you rebuild your health!

Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your health journey, this event is perfect for you.

Agenda:

  • 12:00pm - 12:15pm: Connect and get settled
  • 12:15pm - 1:15pm: Workshop, questions & reflections
  • 1:30pm - 2:15pm: Dancehall fitness dance class


This month's workshop topic will be run by Jodine Williams, a registered Sports & Exercise Psyhcologist and the Founder of Rebuild Health. She will cover:

  • How to set realistic, meaningful exercise goals for 2026 that fit your lifestyle
  • Understanding common barriers to consistency and how to work with them, not against them
  • Practical strategies to build sustainable movement habits rather than short-term motivation
  • How to stay accountable and flexible while prioritising your physical and mental wellbeing

This workshop has been designed to be an interactive session with opportunities to listen and learn from one another.

This will be a space safe to talk share thoughts, connect and grow as a community!

We want to make these sessions as easy as possible, which means all you have to bring is yourself and your gym wear. We will handle the rest!


Meet your trainer: Ebony

Ebony is a dancehall fitness instructor who uses easy to follow steps to bring you a fun, energizing exercise session. Whether you're a regular dancer or haven't danced in awhile, you are set to enjoy this session.


Our Location

We are grateful to our partners Nuffield Health City who are letting us use their premium site to hold our events. You know what that means? Not only will you have access to our class but you can make use of the shower facilities after your work out!
