Stronger Shores Talk Series: Moray Ocean Community

Stronger Shores Talk Series: Moray Ocean Community

By Durham Wildlife Trust
Online event

Overview

Join Catherine Gemmell, Director of the Moray Ocean Community, as she discusses how they are taking action for the ocean in Scotland.

Durham Wildlife Trust is working to connect people with our coasts, and is now stepping into the world of marine restoration. Find out how other groups around the UK are doing this in this online talk.

Sit back and enjoy a talk from our marine expert, before joining in the discussion and asking any questions you might have.

This is an online, one hour event over Zoom.

You will need an internet connection strong enough to support livestreaming. Cameras are not necessary, and you will only need access to a computer mic should you wish to ask a question, alternatively you can type the question and the presenter can read it out.

The Stronger Shores project is funded by Defra as part of the £200 million Flood and Coastal Innovation Programmes which is managed by the Environment Agency. The programmes will drive innovation in flood and coastal resilience and adaptation to a changing climate.
