So, you are at that point where you want to alter your lifestyle but WHO do you trust and WHERE do you turn...the idea of walking into a gym environment is too intimidating, you don’t believe you're good enough to change, as a woman you are putting everything else before yourself or are you doing what you consider to be all the right things with no noticeable change.

Over 2 days - 8 hours - we will cover everything there is for you to know for you to be able to achieve the goals you have, feel forever more confident, StrongHer and happier!

The weekend will cover the following:

Saturday 30th Sept - 9am-1pm:

  • Understanding nutrition essentials and the importance of food

  • What are macros and how does it all work?

  • How to work out how much you should be eating for fat loss, muscle building, maintenance and many more..

  • Tailor your own nutrition to you and your lifestyle

  • Goal setting and behavioural change

  • Re-wiring of the brain to promote self confidence and belief

  • StrongHer Impact Training - our high intensity, strong woman style, metabolic conditioning class which is sure to push you to your limits!

  • Guest talk from Andrea Corbett on the importance of wellbeing


Sunday 1st Oct - 11am-3pm

  • Learn the importance of resistance training and the benefits

  • Workshops which take you through each ‘Big Lift’ and so you feel comfortable going into any gym and knowing how to lift correctly and effectively

  • What sort of training should you be doing for your goals

  • How to write yourself an effective training programme and how to alter dependant on different goals

  • StrongHer Impact Training - our high intensity, strong woman style, metabolic conditioning class which is sure to push you to your limits!

BOTH DAYS =

  • A community of like minded women, with no judgement

  • AND LOTS LOTS MORE


Either come to just one day or come to both and take away a whole lot of knowledge which you will be able to implement immediately into your lifestyle, no matter what it is!
