Student-centred assessment strategies

In higher education today we are encouraged to design our assessments around learning outcomes ensuring the value of our degrees. In this situation it is possible to lose sight of the fact that these assessments are activities that students have to do. This workshop provides an opportunity to review the design of assessment and asks whether we could improve the outcomes and experience of students if we did things differently.
