Innovate your advertising, candidate journey and talent attraction

This is a practical session for students to back up the theory leant in their CIPD studies. The workshop will look at the need for businesses across all sectors to create new innovative ways to advertise vacancies and increase brand awareness, as well as increase the advertisement response and talent pool.

This session will look at good/bad adverts, look at ways of innovating these adverts and will be an interactive section in which attendees can create their own adverts.

We need to as an industry change the dogmatic ways that we approach talent attraction, in an ever changing digital world we should also look at alternative social media sites that may increase brand presence and open up pools of candidates that haven’t been approached before.

What is the timing for this event?

Delegates will need to arrive at 18:00 for registration and refreshments. The event will run from 18:30 to 20:00.

The event is free for CPD members. Non-member places may be cancelled up to 1 week before the event, after that the £12 fee is non-refundable
