Student Visa Holders

Please make sure you have uploaded the following documents to eVision before you attend a registration event:

Stamped Short term travel document/vignette (if you made your visa application from overseas)
Both sides of your BRP

These documents must be colour copies rather than black and white and should be uploaded at step 4 of the CAS request task that you can find in the Your Student Visa section of eVision.

If you entered the UK using an eGate your short term travel document will not have been stamped. Please bring proof of the date you arrived in the UK with you to the registration event, for example your flight tickets. These do not need to be uploaded to eVision.

If the UKVI has told you that your student immigration permission is available to view electronically, you will not receive a physical visa (BRP) or short term travel document/vignette. Instead you should upload your decision letter and request a share code from the UKVI. Please bring both the letter and the share code with you to a registration event so that we can verify your immigration status. Please also bring proof of the date you arrived in the UK with you to the registration event, for example your flight tickets. These do not need to be uploaded to eVision.

You will need to bring the documents listed above with you to the Registration event, as well as the original version of the qualifications you used to apply for your visa.

All other international students

Please make sure you have uploaded your right to study evidence to eVision before you attend a registration event. Examples include, but are not limited to:

EU Settled Status (EU/EEA/Swiss students only)
Dependent Visa
BNO Visa
Indefinite Leave to Remain

You will need to bring the original document with you to the Registration event so that we can verify it. If your immigration permission is only available to view electronically you will need to request a share code
