About this event

In this interactive, online workshop you'll explore how manage your finances, food choices and limited cooking skills to enhance your life at uni, not add stress to it.

Food is not a moral issue, it’s there to enjoy and to support you to feel as good as you can, within the means you have. This session covers planning, shopping, cooking, saving money, keeping your energy levels steady and drinking alcohol (I’m not saying don’t!).

As a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), with Masters’ degrees in both Nutrition and Psychology, I work with people to improve their relationship with food. With two daughters at university, I understand the issues students face with eating well on a budget and organising their diet and time.

If I can't attend live, do I get a recording?

Yes! A password protected recording will be available to everyone with a ticket.

Will there be opportunity for questions?

Yes! The Q&A is an important part of the session. If you can't attend live, you may submit your question(s) in advance and these will be answered on the recording.
