Friday 10.00 – 4.30 pm
21 April - 2 June
Studio practice invites individuals whom are already creating their own work to develop and expand their practice under the guidance of experienced tutors and practising artists, Jill M Boualaxai & Matthew Storstein. Studio practice offers a supportive structure for those wanting to work more independently and develop their art practice.
The emphasis will be on students continuing their own work alongside a combination of critiques, group discussions as well as occasional lectures and workshops. Individual tutorials will be given which aim to identify the core of each students practice and devise strategies to take it forward.
The studio will be equipped with a range of drawing and painting materials for students to use. Including paper, charcoal, graphite, acrylic and oil paint, pigments, binders and solvents. A full list will be provided prior to the course so students know what additional materials they may wish to bring along.
All levels of experience are welcome
*please note the fee payable is a reservation fee and a balance of £270 will still be due.
