Studio Session: Supporting Teaching through Weblearn
Overview
This interactive online studio session supports Module Leaders, academics, and teaching staff in continuing to develop and improve their new Weblearn modules - with dedicated time built in to make real progress on your module.
You’ll have the chance to work on your own Weblearn module, with advice and guidance from the Centre for Teaching Enhancement, who will be on hand to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and suggest ways to strengthen the design, structure, and engagement features of your module. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate and share ideas with colleagues, including School-based Weblearn Innovators, who will share practical examples and tips from their own teaching practice.
The session will begin with a brief introduction to the new template, and demonstrate how it can be designed and structured to support effective teaching and student engagement using blended learning principles. The remainder of the session focuses on guided, hands-on work time with breakout rooms available to discuss specific challenges and explore solutions.
