Event description

Description

‘For me, painting is about three things. It is about revelation, communication and celebration,’ says Ken Howard, the celebrated artist known for his light-infused paintings. Spanning a long career, he was appointed Official Artist by the Imperial War Museum to Northern Ireland in 1973, became an Associate of the Royal Academy of Art in 1983 and President of the New English Art Club in 1998. The artist will give an informal talk followed by time for guests to speak with him and look around the studio.

Includes wine and nibbles.

Unfortunately, the studio is not wheelchair accessible.
