About this event

Health • Spa

🌊Studland Sauna Social is a welcoming non-judgemental space where women working from home, female founders, creatives, coaches and those in the caring professions can gather to share our struggles, celebrate our successes and champion each other. No networking sales pitches just real authentic connection.

🌊There’s also the chance to dip your toe in the water with a splash of Blue Health Coaching. The cost includes a hot/cold drink and a one hour sauna.

Tide and time wait for no one and I only have a few spaces left. So, go on, treat yourself. What waves and ripples might we create for ourselves and each other? #studlandsaunahut #bluehealthcoach #conversationsworthhavingtoday #adhdcoach #cancercoaching #appreciativeinquiry #studland #emotionalwellbeing

Frequently asked questions

What will we be doing?

We'll be walking and talking, stopping at one of the cafe's for a hot or cold drink and there will be an opportunity to try Blue Health Coaching.

What is Blue Health Coaching?

Blue Health Coaching™ is an holistic practice that combines elements of traditional life coaching, applied neuroscience, philosophy, environmental psychology and mind-body practices with the healing power of nature. It draws on all the “blue mind” wellbeing benefits of time in and around water.

Where will we meet?

We'll meet outside the National Trust Cafe at Knoll Beach, Studland.

What should I bring?

Suggested items to bring include: a water bottle, swimming cossie, towel, warm clothing or DryRobe (other brands are available!), a notebook if you like making notes or doodling, a snack or money for a snack at one of the cafes nearby, (a hot or cold drink is included) and your wonderful true self.

Do I need to pay for parking?

If you are a National Trust member parking is free when you use your card. If not, the cost is £8 so you may want to consider car sharing, if this is the case (good for the environment too!).

How much walking is involved?

In total, it's likely that we'll walk a couple of miles, taking in woodland, dunes, the beach and a steepish climb up from the beach to the Salty Pig cafe at Middle Beach.

Are there toilets closeby?

Yes, there are toilets at Knoll Beach and also at Middle Beach.

What should I wear?

Whatever you feel comfortable wearing for the weather on the day. Something showerproof is a good idea and footwear you don't mind getting wet or sandy.

Do I have to swim in the sea?

Only if you want to! It's important to note that individuals enter the water at their own risk.

What if I have to cancel my booking?

Life stuff happens and you can cancel your booking up to 7 days prior to the event and get a full refund. If something last minute happens, and you have to cancel within 7 days, you'll be offered an alternative date. I'm happy to discuss this at the time so we can agree on the best solution.
