Substance Awareness & Naloxone Training

The West Lothian Drug and Alcohol Service (WLDAS) will deliver this informal and interactive session which will include:

• Signs of drug and alcohol use and the impact from this
• Looking at the stigma affecting those with drug and alcohol problems
• Case study discussions
• Harm reduction
• How to access the services who can help
• Naloxone training and free Naloxone Supply.

This training will enable attendees to provide Naloxone kits to those involved in substance use disorders. This is a great opportunity for any organisation to support those affected by substances and their families to help prevent drug related deaths
