Description

Effective support for NQTs is crucial to them becoming confident practitioners who are able to provide children and young people with an outstanding educational experience.

Key aspects of the programme include:

• 21 hours of taught learning with gap tasks to support reflective practice.
• Bespoke primary content exploring key aspects of outstanding practice, including participating in learning walks and supported lesson observations, plus a visit to a special school.
