Rosie's Reinvention Retreats were founded by former HELLO! Editor in Chief, turned qualified coach, author and broadcaster, Rosie Nixon, to help midlife women, founders and executives take a pause from the everyday and put a focus on specific areas of life through coaching tools and workshops.

Together, we’ll invite you to Pause, Reflect and Organise, creating space to uncover what truly motivates you and where you find fulfilment, because these are the elements that make you, uniquely you and underpin your definition of 'success'.

With sessions led by experts in midlife reinvention, Rosie Nixon, plus women's wellbeing expert Katie Brindle and Strategic Communications and Business Strategist Priscilla Pollara, you’ll craft your personal formula for success in a unique Lego™ coaching workshop, explore strategies to manage your energy within the natural flow of your work and life, and learn how to plot practical steps forward that align with your values.

We’ll also focus on accountability – how to hold yourself to the commitments that matter most – so that your intentions become tangible results. This retreat is more than a reset; it’s a launchpad for a year of intentional growth, fulfilment and reinvention, the perfect way to begin 2026 with focus and momentum.

The day will include with a delicious lunch and networking opportunities in the luxury surrounds of Corinthia London. Refreshments will be served throughout the day.
