Recruitment is a difficult challenge for small business owners. With no direct HR function it's often down to directors to advertise a job, interview and ultimately choose a new employee with the right skills and who will work well with the existing team to complement what the business is striving to achieve.

Hear direct from Hiscox's HR team welcoming Urzula Dmochowska and James Scottwood, alongside Philip Thorn, Head of Direct Home Insurance about how they attract and select the right people in their business. How the recruitment process works for them and why inductions and training are paramount to the future success of the business.
