Event description

Description

This workshop is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). It is part of the VCS Assist 2.0 project which supports voluntary and community organisations interested in running ESF funded projects.

The workshop will provide a framework of advice and handy tips on how to successfully project manage a Community Grant. It will cover the following:

v Project Delivery - Help you to structure your delivery of a Community Grants Project

v Finance and Budget - Help you to understand the financial and budgetary implications of the grant, i.e. claims, cash flow, etc

v Cross Cutting Themes - Advise you on how to implement the cross cutting themes into your project

Participants will have an opportunity to structure their project and participate in useful tasks. The skills gained can then be transferred into their project delivery and ensure a more efficient, timely and easy delivery of the Community Employment Grant.

This is a free workshop. Refreshments will be provided.
