This four-hour interactive session aims to give you the knowledge and tools to create a robust succession plan for your business, so that you can build the dream team you need in order to step back and focus on strategy and future growth.
Why should this be of interest?
In an SME, succession planning isn’t just about replacing leavers in existing positions, it is also about creating new roles and ‘growing' your own staff to fill those roles as the business grows. Without the right team in place to manage the day-to-day you will not be able to step back to focus on the bigger picture.
What you will gain, learn and explore:
- What is succession planning, and why bother?
Managing your talent – identifying talent gaps, upskilling your team
- Identifying what good looks like for your business
- Planning your organisation for the future
- Methodologies for succession planning
- Practical tips for using this in a small/mid-tier business
- Date: Thursday 24 November 2016
- 8:30am – Arrival
- 9:00am – You will work through the areas listed above
- 12:30pm – Presentation ends for Q&A with the guest
- 1:00pm – Session comes to a close
£95 +VAT (Discounted rate for Supper Club members only)
This is an interactive session so we encourage all attendees to ask questions throughout.
Open to business owners and managers/leaders in the business.

Results oriented, Ally delivers her own blend of business insight with direct, practical advice firmly based on commercial realities and outcomes. Her specialist knowledge includes people management, organisational structure and change management for efficient use of people and resources.
