As part of our 20th birthday celebrations, and our commitment to supporting local schools, we have arranged a free afternoon lecture with best-selling author Tom Sherrington.

Tom is an experienced former headteacher and teacher, now running the popular teacherhead consultancy to explore and implement contemporary educational ideas that help deliver an excellent all-round education. In his new book ‘Rosenshine’s Principles in Action’, Tom amplifies and augments Rosenshine’s principles and further demonstrates how they can be put into practice in everyday classrooms. These principles are widely recognised for their clarity and simplicity and for their potential to support teachers seeking to engage with cognitive science and the wider world of education research.
