If you're coming from Henfield, drive past the main entrance to Sussex Prairies. Continue for 100m, then turn first right at the end of the woods into a private lane (signposted Dutch Barn), next to a white house on the bend called Swallows. Drive 50 yards, park, and ring the old-fashioned bell to be welcomed in.

What to bring?

Important to bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothes (socks is always a good idea), warm blanket, pillow, water bottle and eye-mask (optional)

NOT suitable for

This retreat is NOT suitable for people with epilepsy, a history of seizures, pregnancy and those with metal implants like pacemakers.

Important parking for the retreat:

Coming from Henfield, drive past the main entrance to the sussex prairies, drive 100m ,and turn first right at the end of the woods into a private lane (signed Dutch Barn) (next to a white house on the bend called Swallows). Drive 50 yards, park there and ring the old fashioned bell.

Please note that the retreat is NOT refundable at all.

Can I stay after the retreat?

Yes- everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy the sussex prairie garden after the retreat ends. We advise you to bring your own picnic to enjoy - you are welcome to stay up until 2pm at the latest.
