Description

Summer Banquet 2019 - A White Tie Delight

This is the jewel in the Guild's crown when it comes to formal annual events. By kind permission of the Master of the Worshipful Company of Cutlers, the Guild of Entrepreneurs is delighted to hold its 2019 Summer Banquet at the stunning Cutlers' Hall. The event also sees the fleeting return of the Guild's Chaplain Emeritus, The Very Reverend Bertrand Olivier, who left the UK for a new role as Dean of Montreal and Rector of Christ Church Cathedral, Montreal, Canada.

This will be a spectacular occasion in this most beautiful Hall. A sumptuous meal is served, preceded by a sparkling reception, itself preceded by a Ceremonial Court to admit new Freemen. This is an event you won't want to miss - guaranteed! Our guest speaker, Elizabeth Corley, CBE has been recognised as the Most Influential Woman in Asset Management, CEO of the Year and Most Influential Person in Asset Management.

This is an exquisite formal dinner for Freemen, their personal guests, and for friends and guests of the Guild to enjoy a glittering four-course meal with wines in this magnificent setting.

The Summer Banquet is the second of two principal formal events of the Guild’s year (November's Installation Court & Dinner being the first), at which the Guild of Entrepreneurs recognises its contibutions to charity, education, outreach and affiliation. During this crucial fundraising year, the Guild is delighted to recognise the contribution of The Cook & The Butler Event Company in maximising the benefit of the evening for the Guild of Entrepreneurs Trust.
