Children must be supervised at all times in store

All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while in store. Non-participating adults do not need a ticket for workshops.

Workshops are not suitable for children under 6 years old

We recommend that only guests 6 years old and older attend product making workshops as guests are required to wear protective gloves for the duration of the workshop. As guests get very hands-on with the product ingredients, for health and safety reasons we recommend guests are 6 years old or older.

No food or drink is allowed in store

We do not allow eating during the workshop due to health and safety. However please bring bottled water to stay hydrated!

We don't have in store customer toilet facilities

We recommend taking a trip to the Dundrum Town Centre facilities before attending the workshop.If a guest does need to use the toilet during the workshop we are unable to pause the experience and the workshop will continue running.
