We start this wonderful event with taking time to arrive and focusing on our natural flow of breath. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the event start time to allow the mind and body time to settle before practice.
Throughout this event we join in a healing circle, set intentions (sankalpa) practice gratitude, work with crystal energy (Rose quartz and Amethyst) and enjoy a blissful session of restorative yoga and sound therapy (Crystal sound bowls, shaman rattles and drum, Wind Gong)
This event is gentle so it is suitable for everyone
