Family Workshops as part of the Railway exhibition

During the exhibition upstairs in the building’s community rooms we will hold weekly family workshops each Thursday. Book your free place via the What’s On page on the museum website. Sessions run from 10am – 11.am and 11.30am – 12.30pm.

14th August - Paper Train Chain: If you love trains, engines, carriages and goods wagons then we can help you make a train paper chain to decorate your room. It can be as long or as short as you like and you can keep adding carriages and goods wagons to be towed by your paper engine.

All children MUST be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the session.

'Ticket type 2- additional child' should only be added to orders which contain a 'ticket type 1-1 adult and 1 child'

If you would like to amend your booking please contact the museum on 01626 201121

Unable to make the session? Please let us know so that we can offer your spaces to someone else, and also make sure we provide the right amount of materials with no wastage.

If this workshop sells out and you would like to be added to the waiting list, please email Newton Abbot Museum at: groups@newtonabbot-tc.gov.uk or call the Museum on 01626 201121
