Trudi has a passion for textile reuse and upcycling clothing into new items. Learning crafts from a young age such as knitting, sewing and mending then going to study fashion and textiles and now tutoring for adult education organisations.

Besides tutoring formally, I organise events in my local area for adults that would like to learn new skills in sewing, embroidery and increase their creative confidence through textiles and upcycling workshops. All my workshops have a focus on reuse, mending and skills that promote a way of living that creates less waste and a softer footprint left on the earth.
