Join the Summer Fitness Bootcamp at Brent Cross Town

Designed to develop your strength, conditioning and mobility, these free and fun sessions are suitable for all abilities. Running for 6 weeks at Friday lunchtimes to help you move better and feel energised.

Increase your fitness levels and boost your endorphins through a mix of cardio, strength training, mobility, and bodyweight exercises. Utilising HIIT, circuits and gamified athletic drills, the session is suitable for all abilities from fitness fanatics to those starting or getting back to fitness.

Challenge yourself and have fun working out in the beautiful Exploratory Park at Brent Cross Town.

Walk-ins are welcome but grab your free tickets to reserve your guarenteed spot as there is limited capacity.

The session will be led by a fully qualified and insured fitness instructor, DBS checked, and first aid trained.

What to bring?

Wear suitable trainers, workout clothes, and water. Bring an exercise/yoga mat if you have or a towel to lie on.

Who is this exercise session suitable for?

Exercises can be modified and adapted for all abilities to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session. Ages 11-15 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a participating adult at all times, the session is not be suitable for anyone under 11 years old.

Can non-residents as well as residents attend?

Yes, non-residents are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the fitness session in the beautiful Brent Cross Town surroundings.

Will the session be cancelled due to bad weather?

The session will continue if there is light rain / wind for the 6 weeks. The session may be cancelled if there are severe weather warnings.
