Summer Holiday sessions at Wraxall Piece, Bristol

Explore the beautiful woodland, at Wraxall Piece in Bristol. Your child will have the chance to learn about the world around us and to breathe in the fresh air!

Amy and Buster the dog will be there to meet and great you in the car park (no parking costs!) where you will then make your way into the forest base camp.


Summer holiday Forest school sessions for children aged 2 - 10 years / Fridays - 10:00 - 11:30 am

Week 1: 28th of July - “Wild forest” Who/what lives in the forest? Making clay creatures, woodland hide and seek and a treasure hunt plus a campfire.

Week 2: 11th of August - “Sensory forest” - clay, mud, sand and water play, rope swings, nets and hammocks.

Week 3: 18th of August - "Surviving in the forest!" Den building, bow and arrows, flag making and a campfire.

Week 4: 25th of August - "Magical forest” Potion making, wand making, making fairy doors and a campfire.

Week 5: 1st of September - “Creative forest” - Play dough baking, mud painting, leaf printing and a campfire.


Costs:

£7.50 per session.

This also includes a snack for the child and a small drink, parents are welcome to bring along their own snacks and drinks!

(Unfortunately we cannot refund payments if you child is unwell, but we will refund in the event of a session being cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or staff illness)
